Free gratitude Journals

I designed this 7-day journal just for educators. It uses the research-based journal format described in this blog post. I’ve adapted it a little for teachers though. In addition to journaling about what went well during the day (try to write about at least 3) and why these things occurred, I’ve also included a spot to record why these things are important for students. Kathy, my friend and fellow coach for new teachers, had this idea and I LOVE it. It helps me connect daily with why my work in education is important for the students I serve
