I’ve included a five of my favorite ideas for teachers wanting to get started with mindfulness. Mindfulness has become an important daily self-care routine for me. I’ve heard from other teachers that it helps them feel calm and confident all day.

My hope is this guide helps you get off to a great start with your mindfulness practice or gives you some new ideas to incorporate into your existing practice.
