This class teaches you real strategies to cultivate what you wanted when you entered the profession: positive emotions, an engaging career, meaningful relationships, and a job that provides you with a sense of purpose and achievement.

I get it. I’ve been a teacher at the brink of burnout. I’ve wondered how I can continue to work in this amazing profession and be joyful. Our jobs are SO important to our communities and our world that’s why we need to care for ourselves so we can bring our best everyday.

These were my thoughts too until I found the magic of having just a few really powerful strategies and simple habits to increase my wellbeing everyday.
No time? No problem! In this course you will not only learn what will work FOR YOU to increase your wellbeing at work, but also how to make it WORK FOR YOU in YOUR schedule.
Week 1: You will learn about why teachers are most susceptible to stress and burnout. You will also learn two new habits to help you increase your wellbeing right away and how to make any new habit work in your world. These habits are designed to give you a big impact right away.
Week 2: I will introduce you to a new way to think about wellbeing and provide you with a wonderful free resource for assessing your wellbeing. By the end of Week 2 you will have an idea where your wellbeing is and where you want to make shifts.
Weeks 3 and 4: We will use what we have learned about wellbeing and what works best for you to map out your roadmap to wellbeing in the teaching profession.
Week 5: We will wrap up with some ways to bring wellbeing into your workplace and how to use some wellbeing practices with your colleagues and the teams you lead.
